Here is the timeline of events with METRICON for our house build:

1. 29/07/2012 Went to the the Ponds, liked the NOLAN45
2. 30/07/2012 Deposited $2000 for the tender presentation
3. 4/07/2012  Took kids to show them the future home
4. 6/07/2012  Someone came to see if the site was ok to build
5. 8/08/2012  Tony: The Surveyor came to survey the land
6. 18/08/2012 Fixed the appointment with Ben to finalyse our 
              estimates for the upgrades
7. 31/08/2012 Metricon Tender Presentation
8. 03/10/2012 Metricon Contract Presenttaion and Contract Signed
              by us. 
              FIRST STAGE - CONTRACT SIGNED [5% Payment Done]
9. 24/10/2012 Studio-M Appointment for External and Internal
              colour selection, electricals etc.
10.08/11/2012 CDC Application
11.10/12/2012 CDC for Demolition Submitted
12.12/12/2012 Traffic Control Certificate obtained
13.14/12/2012 Road Opening Permit application submitted 
14.17/12/2012 CDC Approved Certification Received for Demolition
15.19/12/2012 Application for the neighbour's tree to Strathfield   
              Council submitted
16.09/01/2013 All variations finalysed
17.19/01/2013 Moved to the Rental Place
18.23/01/2013 Home Loan Approved and Signed off
19.13/02/2013 Demolition of the house, finished the next day 
20.14/02/2013 Received the council approval for the tree    
              prunning
21.11/03/2013 The tree is pruned at last!!! What a relief!
22.14/03/2013 The Council Local Amenities Development 
              Levy deposited to Strathfield Council
              All variations and the plans finalised and final   
              acceptance letter for METRICON signed by us
23.25/03/2013 Initial measurement on the plot by Metricon     
              (Pegging) carried out
              SITE START - DAY 01
              Here the count to our dream home starts... 
24.02/04/2013 Excavation completed (One week of heavy rains!!!)
25.08/04/2013 Piering completed
26.09/04/2013 Slab Preparation
27.10/04/2013 Slab Poured in and completed 
              SECOND STAGE - SLAB COMPLETED [20% Payment Done]
28.16/04/2013 Hydraulics/drainage pipes laid all around the house
              and at the back of the house to easement
29.18/04/2013 Frames have arrived on site!
30.23/04/2013 Ground Floor frames started. April has been the 
              second wettest April in the last 14 years!
31.25/04/2013 First floor frames completed
32.29/04/2013 Roof framework finished
33.02/05/2013 Frames completed.
              THIRD STAGE - FRAMES COMPLETED [20% Payment Done]
              Windows are delivered
34.21/05/2013 Hebel installation completed
35.01/06/2013 Fascia, Gutter, Eves installed
36.28/06/2013 Scaffoldings removed from the first floor
              rendering, Painting, windows cleaning all done
37.13/07/2013 Electricity roughing done
              AC ducting and wiring done
38.15/07/2013 Day-116:
              Lockup Stage Completed(!!!) 
              FOURTH STAGE - LOCKUP COMPLETED [25% Payment Done]
39.19/07/2013 Road Opening done for the drainage connection from     
              house to the street
40.29/07/2013 Stairs installed
41.30/07/2013 Doors installation begins
42.01/08/2013 Rain tanks installed and carpentry begins
43.08/08/2013 The carpentry completed in Kitchen, Pantry, Loundry
44.09/08/2013 FIFTH STAGE - FIXING COMPLETED [20% Payment Done]
45.13/08/2013 Tiling of the bathrooms begins
46.21/08/2013 Garage door installed, tiling still in progress
              Fireplace installed
